Disney announced today that the new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure ride in Epcot’s France Pavillian will officially be opening on October 1, 2021, to correspond to the opening date of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. Guests will feel like they’ve shrunk to the size of Chef Remy as they scurry through Gusteau’s famous restaurant on a wild adventure for the whole family (no height requirement!). Disneyland will be allowed to reopen as soon as the 1st of April at 15% capacity. Disneyland, Disney California Adventure plus other California amusement and theme parks will be able to open with rides and attractions as soon as next month if Orange County improves to the Red Tier on the state’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy reopening rules.
